2025 BARREL AGED DOUBLE ASTRAL — ORIGINAL

This luxurious expression of Double Astral showcases a blend of premium cocoa nibs from multiple origins, layered with smooth vanilla and aged a total of 18 months—first in a Four Roses Bourbon barrel, then finished in a Jamaican Rum cask. The result is an indulgent harmony of rich chocolate, oak, and warm spice, accented by subtle hints of toffee, rum sweetness, and bourbon caramel. Deep, complex, and silky, this beer is a true celebration of chocolate and barrel character.

Aged for over 24 months in Eagle Rare and Basil Hayden Toasted bourbon barrels, this hand-toasted coconut variant of Double Astral delivers layers of vanilla, cocoa nibs, and bourbon-soaked oak. Rich notes of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, and warm spice merge into a smooth, velvety finish—a patient, barrel-aged expression of time and craftsmanship.

Aged 18 months—first in a Sazerac Rye Whiskey barrel, then finished in a Jamaican Rum cask—it bursts with fresh-roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and molasses, rounded by smooth vanilla, oak, and rum sweetness. The result is a rich, spirit-driven stout that drinks like a dark roast kissed with bourbon and spice.

Inspired by a drink popularized there, this stout aged 18 months, first in Sazerac Rye Whiskey, then finished in Jamaican Rum casks, and drifts with notes of orange, pineapple, coconut, molasses, and spice. Smooth, dark, and quietly tropical, it makes us believe that maybe paradise isn’t lost after all.
